Booking Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before completing your rental booking. By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Agreement to Terms
By submitting a rental booking with First Aid Supplies Australia, you (the "Customer") agree to these Booking Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your booking.
2. Rental Period
The rental period commences on the agreed delivery or collection date and concludes on the agreed return date as specified in your booking confirmation. Extensions to the rental period must be requested in writing prior to the original return date and are subject to availability and additional charges.
3. Equipment Condition & Care
Equipment is provided in full working order and must be returned in the same condition, subject to fair wear and tear. The Customer is responsible for the safe keeping and proper use of all rented equipment during the rental period. Any damage, loss, or theft must be reported to us immediately.
4. Damage & Loss
The Customer accepts full financial responsibility for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, loss, or theft of rented equipment. Repair or replacement costs will be invoiced to the Customer at current market rates.
5. Delivery & Return
Delivery and return logistics will be confirmed in your booking confirmation. The Customer is responsible for ensuring equipment is available for collection at the agreed time and location. Late returns may incur additional daily rental charges.
6. Payment
Full payment or an approved deposit is required to confirm your booking. Rental fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Additional charges (damage, late return, etc.) will be invoiced separately.
7. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing to First Aid Supplies Australia. The following cancellation fees apply based on notice provided prior to the commencement of the rental period:
- More than 7 days notice: No cancellation fee. Full refund of any deposit paid.
- Less than 7 days notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental value applies.
- Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee of 75% of the total rental value applies.
Cancellation fees reflect costs already incurred in preparing and reserving equipment for your booking. We strongly recommend contacting us as early as possible if you need to cancel or amend your booking.
8. Limitation of Liability
First Aid Supplies Australia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use rented equipment. Our liability is limited to the value of the rental fee paid.
9. Compliance
The Customer agrees to use all rented equipment in accordance with applicable Australian laws, regulations, and manufacturer guidelines.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
