Usage Limitations

• Not suitable for water or high-angle rescue
• Do not clean with acetone, bleach, strong acids/alkalis, or halogenated solvents
• In Australia, stretchers must only be lifted by crane when placed inside a certified rescue cage. STR-09 can be used with hoists but not directly with cranes (see AS 1418.17)

Maintenance & Inspection

• Regular cleaning and inspection required — check cracks, rivets, footplate, mattress, straps, and pins
