The Nasopharyngeal Airway (NPA) is designed to secure a patent airway by passing through the nasal passage into the pharynx. Ideal for semi-conscious or unconscious patients who are unable to maintain an open airway but have an intact gag reflex — where oral airways may not be tolerated. Available in Size 6, 7, and 8.
