The TRAUMASIM Wearable Large Burn – Upper Leg by TraumaSim is a high-fidelity, wearable trauma simulation device designed for scenarios where time or resources prevent detailed moulage setup. Ideal for emergency response and first responder training, medical and nursing education, tactical and disaster simulations, and film, television, and theatrical special effects across Australia, this TraumaWear system enables trainers to apply and remove realistic large burn wounds quickly while maintaining a high level of simulation realism.

The wearable features optional bleeding capability via inbuilt tubing compatible with a manual pump or syringe, allowing controlled live bleeding effects for enhanced scenario realism. Wounds can be further enhanced with Stage Blood or Fresh Scab for additional visual impact. Available in 11 skin tone options for accurate representation across diverse patient populations, and includes a variety of trauma and burn wound types to support diverse training scenarios.
