Ideal for emergency response and first responder simulations, medical and nursing education, tactical and disaster training, and film, television, and theatrical special effects across Australia, this wearable system enables trainers and educators to create realistic open femur fracture injury simulations quickly and effectively.

The device features optional bleeding via inbuilt tubing compatible with a manual pump or syringe, allowing controlled, realistic blood flow to enhance trauma simulation realism. Wounds can be further enhanced with Stage Blood or Fresh Scab for additional visual impact. Quick to apply and remove, the wearable saves valuable time during training sessions or production. Available in 11 skin tone options for accurate representation across diverse patient populations, and suitable for a variety of wound types to maximise training versatility.
